Insurance Senior Manager recruitment

At Ernst Young we are looking to recruit talented individuals at Senior Manager level into our Financial Services Insurance practice. As one of our senior managers you'll work with our clients to provide independent advice on developments across the wider insurance market including Solvency II, Retail Distribution Review and market consolidation to reshape the industry. Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager in Insurance will include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients and assignments and/or leading major assignments

- Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships and managing key Ernst Young accounts

- Identifying opportunities for and securing new business; leading proposals and bid teams

- Managing the development and delivery of high quality technical proposals.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Senior Manager in Insurance:

- Successful track record in Life Insurance gained through a top tier consultancy, a specialist
financial services consultancy and/or a top tier insurer

- Strong understanding of insurance product's, technology enabled change and applications

- Proven ability to successfully deliver on projects for insurance companies

- Experience in one or more of the following Life insurance areas: risk, savings and investments (individual and Group)

- Experience in Solution, Integration, Enterprise or Data Architecture

- Knowledge of FNZ or similar.
