Academic Work is seeking, on the customer's account an Inside Sales Account Manager. Our customer is a company that primarily works with web-based projects. The company is the leading online service for customer –oriented project management and is available in several languages in Europe. The web-based tool makes it possible for the users to collaborate in projects worldwide, independent of time and place. The company’s headquarters in central Stockholm is now looking for a co-worker to their Inside Sales team that today consists of seven people.
This assignment is part of our personnel placement, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work but will work as a consultant at one of our customer companies.
Tasks:
As Inside Sales Account Manager in the Dutch Market you will be working in the Inside Sales team based in Stockholm. The main task will be contacting new customers via phone and email while managing a portfolio of existing ones. You will be responsible for developing business in accounts within the Dutch market and to predict the sales activity revenue achievement.
For example, you will:
• Manage and generate relationships with existing and potential costumers
• Make regular product demonstrations, primarily online but also at costumer conferences and events.
• Forecast sales activity while generating satisfied costumers

You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are fluent in Dutch, written and spoken and need to be comfortable in your English skills. We also see that you have strong negotiation skills and a good understanding of the sale-process.
Furthermore you have experience of telemarketing and a history of beating sales targets and surplussing company goals.
It would be considered an additional qualification if you have experience of telemarketing business to business. Additionally it is preferred that you have experience of CRM and the program Salesforce.
As a person you are business and service minded. You are a good listener and communicator since you need to understand the costumer’s needs quickly. You are a good team worker with a great sense of responsibility since you will be working both independently and in groups. Furthermore, you are positive and have a winner mentality and enjoy working towards goals.
