- Act as the liaison between custodian and internal operations teams. Provide all daily deliverables to internal and external parties as well as act as a liaison between parties for day to day resolution of operational issues. Monitor funds and resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare data for analysis and performance valuation. Respond to internal/external requests as necessary. Covers assignments/funds for other group members. Trains new employees thoroughly so that they meet or exceed group and form objectives.
Demonstrates ability to handle challenging work load and/or projects. Works independently. Demonstrates solid computer and/or other required business application skills. Develops problem solving and resolution skills. Utilizes free time in a constructive and productive manner. Meets or exceeds all specified deadlines. Possesses general knowledge about functions of other operations groups.
