Intake Specialist Job in The Woodlands 77381, Texas Us
Cardon is currently seeking an intake specialist to be located in its corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will be working in the Intake Unit, which is a high volume, fast paced call center, responsible for screening and completing State and Federal Eligibility (Medicare and Medicaid) applications on line.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) A MUST!
• Have excellent telephone etiquette.
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Be able to work in fast paced environment.
• Call center and/or customer service experience preferred
• Have excellent organization skills.
• Have excellent time management skills.
• Be able to work as a Team.
• Have excellent computer skills.
• State and Federal Eligibility knowledge preferred.
• Have a high level of competency and professionalism.
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
