Directions for Youth Families have the following open position:
INTAKE SPECIALIST/INTAKE COORDINATOR: The selected individual will be responsible for screening referrals, making case assignments, conducting diagnostic assessments, and other duties as assigned. This individual must posses strong engagement, communication, and writing skills in order to establish positive working relationships with clients, client families, and collateral agencies. Solid knowledge of basic computer software programs and database programs is needed for this position. Intake Specialist services will take place on an outreach basis. LSW or LPC is required. LISW or PCC is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience working with children and families. (Job Code JV)
