Integrated Marketing Director

Title: Integrated Marketing Director Location: New York-New York Other Locations: . Lead integrated marketing initiatives (development, sell-in, execution and related) in collaboration with sales directors, VP and SVP. . Develop saleable marketing programs and customer relationships benefiting American Express Publishing and Time Inc. - advertising revenue, fees or value exchange. . Manage one Integrated Manager and one Integrated Coordinator (including: development, career path, and day-to-day priorities) . Create "big idea" programs that leverage assets: magazines, online, television, DM, events, research, etc. . Oversee and develop program budgets, including: collaboration with finance team and sales directors to maximize profitability and manage costs. . Develop and manage partnerships (internal and external) that add to our arsenal of offerings. . Confidently articulate AEP assets and audience benefits - through syndicated research, database, etc. . Communicate concepts in concise, dynamic manner through "best-in-breed" writing and presentations tools. . Oversee and direct implementation of sold programs by team managers, team program coordinator and/or staffs at individual titles or TI CSM: by working with necessary departments/divisions, including: Amex database, creative services, production, facilities, vendors, etc. . Provide back up support to Executive Director as needed. . In-depth experience in media marketing or account development (5 to 10 years) . Outstanding communications skills, especially written. . Creative, strategic thinking, resourceful, proactive style. . Strong, self-motivated multi-tasker and team player. . Experience with syndicated research, industry metrics and multimedia. . Highly responsive, inquisitive marketer with drive to find the best solutions. . Proven ability to lead projects and direct various teams necessary for project execution.
