Integrated Master Schedule Analyst
Position Summary
Responsible for the development, organization and management of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Reviews multiple program plans, schedules, and requirements to support the overall program Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
Primary Functions
Acts as the primary point of contact for matters regarding the IMS. Monitors, tracks, and reports performance to master schedule/plan, and perform critical path analysis. Controls and may adjust the master schedule in response to feedback/requirements. Uses knowledge of scheduling fundamentals to assist team in developing individual master schedules.
Collaborates with supporting competencies/organizations, and senior management to resolve problems of unique and considerable scope and complexity that may adversely affect schedule objectives. Integrate multiple schedules and plans into the master integrated schedule. Evaluates, recommends, and implements changes to the planning process consistent with continuous improvement goals.
Reports significant deviations in contract performance to senior management. Resolves scheduling problems by collecting and analyzing information and recommending solutions. Recommends alternative plans to management when necessary to achieve program goals.
