Description
The job holder manages multiple development and implementation projects/groups for one or several business function(s) within BNYM Outsourcing Services. S/he works collaboratively with business and client partners to design, build, test and deliver functional, technology, and data solutions that are part of broad global outsourcing implementations. In addition, s/he identifies resource requirements to ensure 'best practice' development and implementation techniques covering business analysis, development, configuration, unit/system testing, UAT coordination, documentation/training, and delivery. S/he also recruits, directs and develops a staff of business professionals. This position reports to the Head of Global Outsourcing Implementations, and works collaboratively with a team of other team leads/project teams to deliver an integrated global outsourcing implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 - 8 years experience required. Job holder must possess a strong working knowledge of project management, issues management, and development/implementation methodologies relative to BNYM s outsourcing platform, including Eagle software components. S/he must have extensive experience with consulting to multiple clients and have prior experience managing major impact projects and planning and tracking multiple complex projects. Job holder must personally demonstrate accountability and responsibility for processes, team business unit and corporate results as appropriate.
