Partner Healthcare IT has been retained to recruit an Integration Analyst
Job Description
· Develops, tests, implements, and maintains interfaces between hospital systems in support of clinical, financial and business initiatives.
· Identifies and troubleshoots clinical applications and system problems
· Supports clinical systems as assigned, on a 24x7 basis, if necessary
Secondary:
· Participates in the identification of opportunities for automating problematic clinical or business processes
· Develops specification documents and diagrams for automated processes, and assists stakeholders in finalizing specifications
· Develops, tests, and optimizes automated clinical processes using specialized software, augmented by programming and database extensions into various clinical systems
· Assists with all other projects as assigned
Job Qualifications
· Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred
· Degree, certification, or experience in a healthcare field preferred.
· Minimum four years computer analyst experience required with proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and support software applications as the application expert.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve user problems required
· Experience as an Integration or System Analyst preferred. Experience with Siemens OpenLink, or other interface engine tools a plus.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required, knowledge of Microsoft Visio or similar modeling application is recommended.
· Good technical and non-technical communication skills
· Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
· Experience participating in process teams
· Proven analysis, problem solving, and customer service skills
· The ideal candidate should have programming experience. Experience with Java programming, SQL database query and/or programming, and HL7 message a plus
