Position Summary:

The Integration Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance with the review, assessment, and evaluation of the IT systems and capabilities of proposed merger, acquisition and divestiture organizations.   The Integration Analyst will also be responsible for leading and coordinating elements of the IT integration work for assigned projects.  

 

The Location:

This position can be based at the Philadelphia, Somerset, St. Petersburg or Kansas City sites. 

 

The Reporting Relationship:

Reporting to VP IT, Strategy Integration.

Key Responsibilities

The Integration Analyst will be responsible for the following:

·         Reviewing provided documentation and meeting with company personnel to help assess the IT systems, personnel capabilities of proposed merger, acquisition and divestiture organizations. 

·         Developing and preparing systems integration requirements, scope, timing, and other documentation for all assigned projects.  Participates in planning review sessions to help ensure the feasibility of integration plans, approach and strategy. 

·         Significantly contributes to the identification and quantification of project synergies, risks, and cost estimates.  

·         Significantly contributes to the identification of requirements for IT Transition Services Agreements (TSA) and helps develop and prepare the associated budget.  Tracks actual spend of TSA related items against the established budget and prepares forecast for remaining service periods. 

·         Leads or significantly contributes on assigned integration work streams.  Helps define and develop all required work stream activities, budgets and integration plans.  

·         Leads or significantly contributes to the creation of required documentation including business case and/or Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) to help secure required approvals and funding. 

·         Identifies, performs and coordinates any required activities for assigned projects or work streams.  Helps to review and update documentation including operating procedures, computer systems validation, system configuration, end user communications, and test plans.  Helps coordinate and transition support activities over to the appropriate operational teams. 

·         Prepares periodic status reports and updates on assigned projects.  Presents recommendations and progress reports to the IT Leadership team and/or other project stakeholders.

·         Conducts formal reviews of completed project deliverables and updates the IT Integration Document Library for leverage in future integration projects. 

·         Contributes to the development, preparation and communication for IT Strategy templates, documents and deliverables. 

·         Perform related duties as assigned or requested.

 

Education or Equivalent:

4-year degree in Business Management or MIS/Computer Science preferred.  This requirement can be met by a combination of education (4 year degree in another discipline) and relevant work experience.

 

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years experience. 

·         Must be an excellent team player, be capable of working independently, and be able to manage multiple priorities. 

·         Must have good working knowledge of computer hardware, application software, database, networking, complementary technology.

·         Must have good working knowledge of financial concepts, reports calculations.

·         Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. 

·         Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

·         Must be proficient in personal computing applications (MS-Office, Project and Visio). 

·         Merger, acquisitions and/or divestiture experience is highly desired.
