Development Environment (IDE) Support
Global Fortune 500 Investment Bank is looking for candidates to fill a position to support and administer IDE (Integrated Development Environment). IDE environment is part of SDLC Automation initiative aimed and reducing the complexity and time to provision runtime environments for the development community
Description:
The Development Support engineer will be responsible for:
- Providing support for developer IDE environments
- Work with developers to promote code through the SDLC process
- Provide tools support, patches, troubleshooting, and problem resolutions in line with a Continuous Integration framework.
- Work with production teams to ensure smooth transition of code from IDE to QA and Prod.
Experience:
- 5 – 7 Years Experience supporting a development environment
- Experience in distributed build environments
- Familiarity with SDLC
- Understanding of systems and development tools integration
- Experience in Scripting
- Shell scripting: LINUXUNIX
- Development Experience preferred
- JAVA
- .NET
- Cobol
- Must have excellent communications skills and ability to interact will all levels of management
- Cloud and Cloud Management knowledge a plus
