We are looking for an HL7 Integration engineer to join our team. An organized and efficient individual with passion and aptitude to make things work! Our Integration engineers provide the framework for successful, high quality implementation of our products with our healthcare customers. They ensure that the interface data is integrated appropriately by thoroughly conducting workflow analysis, coding, configuring and testing. In addition, they provide support and training to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cover all integration aspect of our products to external systems during clients’ implementations
· Work closely with both internal and external resources to achieve highly effective and efficient implementations
· Handle sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environment
· Analyze functional and technical requirements , write specifications documents, code/configure the solutions, and support the integration testing
· Represent AS-Software in project meetings with our clients (i.e. system requirements, design, testing and post-implementation reviews)
Requirements:
· Over 5 years of experience in SW Engineering environment, using MS Visual Studio, Visual Basic, DOTNET and MS SQL
· Experience with Health Level 7 (HL7) integration projects,
· Strong communication skills, both oral and written and ability to communicate well with our US customer base
· Project Management skills
· BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related degree required.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
