Integration Financial Controller recruitment
The successful candidate will take charge of daily, monthly quarterly financial control processes and will identify financial impacts arising from the EMEA New Initiatives committee and co-ordinate finance action plan to address in timely manner. You will also manage integration projects to support merger related systems integration. You will be the project lead working closely with senior level executives and the front office.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Accountant is essential
- Good project management skills with a track record of leading a team
- Strong understanding of vanilla financial services products, related accounting flows, funding processes and fx exposure management
- Experience within a financial services firm is essential
- Ability to identify control weaknesses and put necessary procedures in place to rectify.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently with a team structure
- Strong IT Skills
