Integration Lead:
Marketing Data Analytics and Integration Lead role designs and develops solutions for large data (Marketing and CRM) sets used in lists, segmenting, analytics, and reporting. Expertise in database design, application data integration, and business data consulting. Role will be knowledgeable in ETL, reporting tools, optimizing database performance and allocation of database resources for optimum configuration/performance/cost. Role works on the largest, most complex Marketing/CRM databases that are often tied to the highest visibility revenue generating applications. Proposes and implements enhancements that will improve database processing, performance, reliability and operations. Lead will architect and plan database designs, base definitions, integration methods, structure, documentation, implement requirements, operational guidelines and data security. Must know SalesForce.com integration methods and standard CRM data models, ETL data processing techniques, Web Service integrations, and development of Enterprise Services data model. May provide guidance/training to other staff

Skills:
• Knowledge of Sales Lead data integration design – Marketing/Sales Lead System integration with CRM, Data Loader, REST, Apex, SQL, Web Data Services (SOAP).• Informatica, ETL/Workflow, SQL and stored procedures/triggers.• Preferred Salesforce.com Certified Developer• Strong troubleshooting skills within and outside database environment Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of database internals and data structures• Solid understanding of various Marketing and Sales business practices and process flows• Knowledge of best practices related to database security, performance, and disaster recovery• Solid understanding of Master Data Management principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Strong technical knowledge of data modeling tools, metadata tools, and database design, ETL processes, BI analytics and development strategies, SQL programming, relational databases and ER/dimensional modeling techniques.
