Our busy Dallas Law Firm is seeking a 5+year IP Litigation Paralegal who is a loyal employee and appreciates a great place to work. No attitude is tolerated in this busy Law Firm. A “can-do” attitude is expected, and they need a Paralegal who is motivated and professional. Duties in this position include organizing files, managing cases from intake to trial or settlement, assisting in drafting documents and discovery, managing document databases, conducting searches, filing with the USPTO, etc. This is a full time, direct hire position with 100% paid medical for employee. All candidates must pass a drug and background test. Salary depends on experience. Please only apply if you have 5+ years of Intellectual Property Litigation experience.
