About the Job
Due to a sustained period of success and increased workflows, our National Top Tier client is looking for an experienced IP Senior Associate with Patent Litigation experience.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage clients, take carriage of matters from pre-litigation through to trial as well as mentor juniors whilst working closely with the 6 Partner IP/IT group. You will also have the opportunity to advise on non-contentious IP matters including commercialisation
The group works across a variety of sectors including pharma, life sciences, computer engineering, mining, food, media, publishing and electronics and to be successful in this role you will have currently be a Senior Associate from a leading commercial law firm or specialist IP firm.
