Position Description:
Intelligence Systems Field Service Representative’s (ISFSR) perform installation, training, maintenance, help-desk service, monitoring and operate various imagery exploitation and other IT systems. They routinely perform preventative maintenance and upkeep of these systems and support the customer in all technical aspects of the intelligence reporting system to include providing guidance and advice on utility options. They serve as primary technical support for all imagery exploitation and IT systems for both the Imagery Analysts (IA’s) in the exploitation cell they are assigned to, as well as other people within the unit. ISFSRs also conduct DOD system training and track spare parts utilization. The ISFSR will write technical reports and keep problem logs as required by the Program Manager. ISFSRs require both management and technical skill sets. Exceptional customer service skills are essential. Individuals must be comfortable working in a high-stress environment within Warfighter planning cells and be able to interface with various high-level command elements. Imagery experience with both national imagery and full motion video is helpful.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI (Required).
- Security+, Network +, or MCSE certifications (Required).
· CCNA certification or the ability to obtain one prior to employment with the company (Required).
Preferred Qualifications:
The following qualifications are highly desirable and are a definite plus: Strong military background.
· Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to identify, address, and resolve problems.
· Strong diagnosing and troubleshooting skills in an IT environment.
· Experience with crypto devices and COMSEC equipment/procedures.
· Extensive experience as a systems administrator in a MS environment.
· Experience as a network administrator in an IP multicast environment.
· Experience with PRC-117 and associated communications gear
