Inter-dealer Broker
My client is a top-5 global brokerage looking for a senior trader to join their Fixed Income eCommerce team in either New York City or Chicago. My client is a leading provider servicing the real estate and wholesale financial markets. Products include fixed income securities, IRS, FX, equities, derivatives, commodities, futures, real estate and structured products.
The role(s) available are to be located within the global eCommerce department, reporting directly to the Global Head who is based in New York.
Key skills:
- The candidate will have a strong track record in an inter-dealing role, with at least 5yrs experience on a similar desk.
- The product focus will be fixed income, repos, treasuries and IRS swaps so experience must be related within this asset class.
- A strong rolodex of clients throughout the USA – these will be traders on ‘the street.’
- A working knowledge of capital markets and technology in the eCommerce / electronic trading and IDB environment is key.
- Ability to maintain and increase relationships, business developing etc
