The Civil Contractors Federation SA (CCF SA) is the peak industry body representing the interests of civil contractors in South Australia. Based in the new state-of-the art Civil Simulation Centre in Thebarton and with future significant growth forecast, the CCF SA requires a high performing, energetic and professionally presented individual to assist in further developing the business. The CCF SA’s Civil Simulation Centre is a world first and will revolutionise training in the construction and mining industries.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the delivery of quality interactive learning outcomes to all customers through world best learning and development methodologies, systems and procedures, with a continuous improvement focus to support growth of all CCF SA’s business.
Applications are sought from individuals with significant experience in the successful development and implementation of interactive learning technologies. Formal qualifications in education, training or equivalent are essential. Superior analytical thinking, leadership and stakeholder management abilities will be essential together with excellent business acumen and a high level of written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated management experience in senior educational or training roles and the ability to think laterally and strategically are essential.
