Interest Rate sales
Global investment bank looking to add a VP level sales person to their team in LONDON. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience on an interest rates sales desk focusing on selling G3 ( USD, GBP, EURO ) cash (government bonds - sovereigns - gilts - SSAs ) products to financial institutions in Northern Europe.
The role:
• Maintain and develop relationships with institutional clients in Northern Europe
• Take orders and execute on behalf of clients
• Improve levels of business passing through desk, improving profitability
• Advise clients and provide them with trade ideas.
Key skills required:
• Minimum 4 years industry experience
• Must have market knowledge and experience in the industry
• Specialist knowledge and experience in G3 markets ( USD, GBP, EURO )
• Specialist knowledge in cash interest rates ( government bonds - sovereigns - gilts - SSAs )
• Ability to work under pressure and within an international environment
• Proven track record of impressive revenues generated from Interest Rate sales.
• Good relationships with institutions in NORTHERN EUROPE
