This large International Investment Bank has an Associate Director opening for an experienced manager to lead their Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives Operations Division. You will be responsible for all activity across BAU, Change and Business support relating to both Flow and Structured Rates as well as the Credit business.
Responsible for a large team of onshore staff, you will be required to manage the BAU with a strong emphasis on control, efficiency and capacity planning. Managing the Change agenda along with the Regional change team, on both global initiatives as well as local tactical solutions, to ensure change initiatives are on track. In addition you will be responsible for recruitment, resource management and people development. Building a strong relationship with the Business will be key to your success in this role.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Flow and Structured Interest Rate Derivatives products
- Strong Operations experience across Trade Management and Documentation
- Very strong man management experience
- Experience from a large Investment Bank with complex management structure
- Proven experience of delivering projects
