Practicus is currently partnering with an Acute Trust in the South East, supporting them to deliver a performance improvement and cultural attitude change in Urgent Care and AE.
The client is looking for an experienced Interim AE Nurse Leader, to support the Trust achieve operational targets and help improve engagement between the Trusts doctors and nurse teams. Following a trust restructure and recruitment drive they are looking to embed a cultural change and improve clinical awareness. We need an NHS interim with extensive experience managing AE and Urgent Care to support and embed this process.
A key part of the role will be ensuring the trust consistently achieves its performance target of 95%. You will be responsible for driving a cultural attitude change by inserting energy and urgency into the directorate. By working with the doctors and nurses you will identify more effective ways of working and improve communication and engagement. Current levels of activity are high so AE and Urgent Care experience is essential.
