Interim Credit Manager

Interim Credit Manager required for an organisation based in the Central Belt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and be part of a large finance function where you will take responsibility for driving KPIs focusing on reduction in debtor days, reduction in aged debts, increased collection activity, query management and unallocated cash. You will manage a large team and identify any training needs and drive performance through monitoring of targets and coaching and development. Analysis of current processes will be another key area with focus on implementing improvements. The company are seeking a motivated individual with proven experience in management of a large Credit Control function. It is essential you are currently operating at Credit Manager level.

Key skills/experience:

-Experience of driving cash collection and reduction in DSO
-Management of a large team
-Strong reporting experience
-Experience in process improvements
-Strong coaching and development experience

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company at Senior Level and although initially on a temporary basis there is the future possibility of a permanent position.
