Interim Engineering Manager

Main Objectives

To manage, lead, supervise, support and give direction to the Engineering team to ensure it reaches its maximum potential in terms of product safety, service, health and safety, business efficiency and to be in line with the company goals and objectives

As the engineering manager you will be involved in the following duties:

- Operational effectiveness, reliability environmental impact
- KPI improvement: downtime, productivity, expenditure OEE
- Direct management of multi-skilled project engineers
- Health, safety environmental
- Manufacturing performance
- Engineering support delivery
- Project/CAPEX management

To be considered for the vacancy you will hold the following skills, experience qualification:

Hold relevant management and engineering qualifications. Good working knowledge of the practices and principles of mechanical and electrical engineering, process automation, engineering project management and routine maintenance. A working knowledge of the various production processes within MI.
