Interim Financial Controller recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Review all accounts produced on both a monthly and quarterly basis (UK GAAP)
- Review accounts from all overseas entities as well as the group consolidation process
- Manage the outsourced service providers and all activity produced by the in-house fund accounting team
- Assist with the acquisition process and all related tax structuring on new projects
- Review the quarterly management accounts
- Support the Finance Director with any ad hoc project work
Requirements:
- You will be a fully qualified accountant with the appropriate level of experience for this type of role
- UK GAAP experience is essential
- Experience of managing a small finance function and all that entails
- Real Estate experience is a pre-requisite
- Leadership skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels, both internally and externally
