Interim Group Head of Costs recruitment
A market leading financial services business seeks to attract an exceptional individual to lead the expansion of the Group Cost Management function. Working directly with MDs at a cluster level, as well as the Group Board of Directors, the role will lead, design and implement as new cost management framework across the business. The role will directly support the COO regarding the allocation of funds to new cost projects/strategic initiatives, partner with investors regarding cost related issues as well as providing effective leadership and development to the team. Due to the high profile nature of the position the successful candidate must have prior experience of interacting with/influencing Board level stakeholders within a blue chip environment. An advanced understanding and significant experience of designing and implementing cost attribution methodologies is essential, as is a recognised accounting qualification. Experience within the banking industry would be advantageous, however all applicants will be considered provided they come from FTSE100 financial services backgrounds.
