Interim HR Advisor/Officer

Up to £25k pro rata
We are looking for a dynamic, professional HR Advisor to work for our client for a period of 6 months. The environment is exciting and fast paced, the HR team is established and the role will offer variety and ownership to the successful candidate.
Reporting into the HR Manager responsibilities will include -
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
- Keeping up to date with new legislation and updating company policy and procedures where relevant
- Maintenance of company compensation and benefits programme
- Recruitment, inductions, training co-ordination, exit interviews
- Maintenance of personnel records ensuring all up to date and consistent moving forward and management of the HR system
- HR Administration for all HR correspondence including putting together JD's/Person Specs
- Carrying out investigations, gathering information for disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Absence management, returning to work
- Guiding managers on performance reviews
The successful candidate will have the following -
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience of HRIS
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Ideally to hold the CPP qualification or above
- Generalist HR background with experience of all of the above gained within a fast paced environment
- Excellent influencing skills, who has diplomacy in their approach and has the confidence to liaise with all levels of the business
