Interim HR Business Partner Job in Buckinghamshire, Home Counties Uk

For an initial period of 6 months you will be rolling out the new concept stores in a role heavily focused on recruitment, training and LD. The role is field based with national UK travel.

The role covers a national remit, so extensive travel with some overnight travel is included.
•The role centres around the management of HR issues relating to training development, resourcing, assessment centres restructuring redeployment, and the evaluation of new concepts.
•Provide support to the Retail Teams in the effective communication of the New Concept Store Programme to affected stores.
•Work with the Recruitment Team to deliver the recruitment and selection aspects of the New Concept Store opening programme.
•Identify the training needs of existing store teams that will transfer to a New Concept Store, working with the LD team to ensure those needs are met.
•Conduct a review of the current performance review process in line with the New Concept Store requirements and provide recommendations for subsequent implementation.
•Evaluation of the New Concept Store People interventions.
•Support the ER team in complex disciplinary and grievance situations, attending hearings as is required.
•Some of the current projects HR Projects include: employee profiling - implementation and evaluation, AWR implementation, Handbook Review, Recruitment and Selection - Self Service Phase, Delivery of the Communications Strategy, Outsourcing of Employee Engagement Survey, Review of Contracts of Employment.

Key Attributes - Interim HR Business Partner - 6 Month Contract:

•Generalist HR Experience including: Recruitment, ER, Restructures, TNA, Internal Comms Employee Engagement in a large ticket retail or retail sales environment
•Previous experience of working with a Head Office customer base
•Previous experience of working in a multi-site retail environment
•Previous management level generalist experience in all areas of key responsibilities
•A good grasp of UK employment legislation and its practical application
•Experience of developing and implementing people focused initiatives / strategies across a multi site environment
•Commercially focused
•Well developed influencing ability (at all levels)
•High levels of energy and enthusiasm and tenacity
•Flexible and down to earth in approach
