Interim HR Director

A FTSE100 Bank seeks to appoint an interim HR Director to assist in the development and implementation of a global restructuring initiative.  Working closely with CxO level stakeholders across the business the position will assist in the development of a comprehensive strategy for the re-deployment of staff across different internal divisions/geographical borders (inclusive of costs, timeframes, legal considerations etc) as well as redundancy procedures where necessary.  The role will subsequently drive the execution of this strategy, negotiating an effective transition to the desired human capital structure and ultimately assisting in the realisation of the business’ cost rationalisation targets.   Successful applicants will have prior experience of designing and executing large scale redundancy/re-deployments initiatives within a multinational banking environment.  Experience of cross border HR project management, particularly in Asia, would be advantageous as would some legal experience.
