Interim HR Manager position is open at our multinational client who is a well progressing and fast growing sales organisation excelling in fully international environment.
 
The Interim HR Manager
 
Is responsible for the overall start-up of the HR function within the company with an extra focus on recruitment activities, reward recognition, learning development and performance management.
 
The main responsibilities of the Interim HR Manager:
-         Overall coordination of the recruitment process: act as a business partner to related business managers and consult the needed profiles, furthermore execute the whole process from adverts creation till selection and decision support.
-         Compensation and salary structure creation and review: benchmarking about the different countries and markets - create a transparent bonus system and continuously track in order to keep on a competitive level
-         Act as a business partner to sales managers and pro-actively support them in position creations and possible rotations
-         Training system and development programme implementation
-         Define internal policies
-         Start-up all the HR processes from scratch and consult with management the needed future steps in creating and operating the HR function
-         Administrative HR support
 
We are searching for candidates with a massive, at least 6-8 years of experience in starting-up and operating HR field, preferably in a sales-oriented, international organisation. Hungarian language skills is not, but fluent level of written and spoken English language skills is required!
