Interim HR Officer – Luxury Retail
Represented on catwalks across the world this international fashion house has a reputation second to none. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join their team in London as a HR Officer / HR Advisor responsible for a number of high profile stores. This role will initially be recruited on a six month contract basis, however for the successful candidate there is the strong possibility of a permanent appointment upon its conclusion.
In this role you will support the retail teams across the UK in a number of high profile stores along with concession operations within leading luxury retailers. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for delivering HR advice and support to the retail management teams in areas such as employee relations, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and staff development.
To succeed in this role you should have a strong generalist HR background with experience in both ER and recruitment. Prior experience within fashion, retail, luxury goods, beauty, hospitality or hotels is highly desirable.
