•Manage overall ICLS effort and processes related to the FoSSL/BHL program. This position will be actively involved with all aspects of the FoSSL/BHL contract, including but not limited to managing technical support, training, parts logistics, management of inventory levels, etc.  There will also be extensive correspondence with Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, US Army (TACOM) and military units on supporting these machines and on-going reporting requirements, as this position is the point of contact (POC) for the FoSSL/BHL contract.  Development of a formalized supportability system and internal logistics support processes aimed at collecting, storing and querying data obtained under the FoSSL/BHL contract.

•Primarily responsible for  partnering with engineers, buyers, purchasers, pricing analysts, third party suppliers, contractors, individual U.S. Army units, and TACOM to manage the production of: Special Equipment Tools Test Equipment (STTE) report, Logistics Management Information (LMI), Training Materials,  Transportability report, Special Packaging Instructions (SPI) report, Safety Assessment report, Hazardous Materials Management Program (HMMP), Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL), Lubrication Order (LO),  Technical Manual (TM-23), Supportability Analysis, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Warranty tracking reports.

•Supervise outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) supportability by managing, developing and training Field Service Representatives (FSR’s); Collect, analyze, and determine the feasibility of information being provided from your FSR.

•Maintain owning unit readiness at 100% by testing and evaluating “best practices” while at the same time continuing to seek out more efficient processes.

•The CLS contract is a time-and-materials contract requiring extensive reporting and data management to ensure accurate invoicing and payments are processed in a timely manner.  These reports will be a coordinated effort with our supplier of FSR’s and TACOM to guarantee that the machines are supported as per the contract.

•The ICLS Manager will be responsible to co-chair a government Supportability Integrated Product Team (SIPT).

•Daily management of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) involving the ICLS effort and meetings with TACOM.  As this is an accelerated timeline, it is critical that all timelines are met and fully compliant.

•This position will be responsible for efficient and timely communications between Case program departmental teams, third party suppliers, contractors, U.S. Army owning units, and TACOM.  Many parties will be involved in the CLS effort and efficient communication is critical.

•Develop and manage a warranty tracking system.

•Provides authoritative guidance to internal business teams on Defense Products Group (DPG) goals and objectives relating to contract activity.

•Analyzes new modifications, regulation and contract trends for potential impact on DPG unit goals and objectives.

•Analyzes significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and DPG unit procedure.

•Reconciling all warranty receivables and keeping track of all warranty parts by establishing a warranty tracking system used to identify repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed.

•Ability to collect and analyze data in order to recommend product improvements and to pursue vendor recovery.

•Develop plan for servicing vehicles Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) (brick and mortar)

•Attend meetings on behalf of CNH America to ensure corporate interests are protected, while maintaining a good standing with TACOM.

•Develop a plan for stocking of spares / repairs to meet military needs by incorporating basic supply strategy such as, dollar banding and tightening reorder points (ROP), in an effort to increase Equipment Repair Order (ERO) fill rates.

•Establishing innovative inventory management techniques that will result in both cost savings and greater customer satisfaction.

•Development process of the technical manuals, coordination of information flow between Case engineering department and vendor, to be involved in the government review processes related to technical manuals and ensure that government review of the manuals is successful the first time.

•Directs the training and fielding of product to U.S. Army facilities worldwide.

•Oversee all testing requirements set by TACOM, attendance of testing events when applicable.

•Attend training on the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and demonstrate an advanced understanding of the material.
