Interim Purchase Ledger Assistant
We require a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for an organisation in Bicester.
For the right person this role could become permanent.
Full responsibility for the Purchase Ledger process.
Ensure that the Purchase Ledger is administered in an efficient manner and that payments are made to appropriate time scales.
Identify and resolve invoice queries and supplier account queries referring to the Purchaser, Purchasing and Warehouse if required.
Monitor and progress such queries until resolved.
Review ledger with Finance Controller and Accounts Manager to monitor creditor ageing and forecast payments.
Maintain Supplier Masters to ensure data is accurate.
Ensure supplier’s invoices are readily accessible and archiving is maintained
