Interim Regulatory Reporting Manager
This is an initial 12 month contract to cover a secondment and additional workload expected over the next year.
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading business in a role that will allow you to play an important role in growing team working on cutting edge projects. You will support and lead a range of tasks within the Legal and Regulatory department to ensure all obligations are met.
As well as ensuring the business meets its legal and regulatory requirements you will be responsible for:
• Managing a team of analyst responsible for co-coordinating and completing regulatory reporting tasks
• Identifying and analysing new relevant legislation and proposing and implementing solutions
• Assisting with anti-money laundering obligations
• Maintaining and developing department policies procedures, systems and reporting
Required experience:
• Previous experience of regulatory reporting in financial services, (industry or private practice)
• Relevant professional qualification (Lawyer/Accountant) or significant relevant experience
• Team management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and very high levels of accuracy/attention to detail.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive approach is essential
