Interim Senior M&A Analyst / Consultant-Luxury Market recruitment
Our client, a majority shareholder in a luxury furniture business, is looking to invest in another luxury business and requires assistance in the valuation and due diligence to inform the investment decision. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in corporate finance who is looking to be at the forefront of a major investment and to work closely with a prestigious name in the luxury sector.
TheRole
You would need to;
- Evaluate the financial viability of the acquisition by carrying out the necessary due diligence
- Create a financial model of the business
- Investigate how the finance will be raised including setting up and attending meetings with potential investors
- Write a business plan
If the investment goes ahead there would then be scope to work on further potential investments and also to potentially take on a permanent role to be defined.
Candidate profile
- 3-5 years experience in banking/corporate finance/MA
- Experience on acquisition projects (buyside) company valuation
- Client-facing – an excellent networker and credible within the luxury market
- Must be able to add value in recommendations and insight
- Happy to travel to Monaco for business trips
- Very proactive and driven
- Potentially able and willing to consider a permanent role
Timescales/Logistics
3 month contract initially to start end of August/beginning of September
