We are seeking a Project Manager/Interior Designer whom possesses hospitality experience and the skills to;

·         Develop interior design concepts, research, source and select finishes and furnishings.

·         Implement projects from schematic design through construction administration.

·         Provide coordination and procurement of FFE and OSE.

·         Research business development opportunities and assist with the marketing of GFA Inc. interior design services.

 

Responsibilities include;

 

·         Attending design interviews,

·         Writing proposals,

·         Scheduling projects,

·         Leading team meetings,

·         Writing meeting reports’ and

·         Coordinating multiple AE disciplines to ensure project schedules are maintained and within budget.

·         Overnight travel will occur occasionally to project locations to execute project services.
