Intermediate Credit Analyst recruitment
Main responsibilities
- Building of sector expertise related to the development of allocated industries
- Processing of credit applications which are submitted by the banking group’s global network to the Frankfurt office
- Preparation of credit applications "ready for decision" – to be decided at the respective level of delegated lending authorities
- Regular updating of the corresponding corporate analysis with well-funded calculations of risk concentrations and proposals of an internal Obligor Rating
- Close cooperation with the Client Relationship Management and Business Lines
- Effective and efficient work and interaction with other departments and business lines within the group (local and international)
- Participation in optimizing processes, ensuring quality standards and improving efficiency
Technical skills
- Sound knowledge in balance sheet analysis, as well as in accounting rules (IFRS/IAS, US-GAAP and HGB)
- Relevant knowledge in the area of cash flow analysis, financial projections and peer group comparison
- Experience in the area of risk analysis as well as good knowledge in credit approval processes
- Good know-how in commercial and innovative products of corporate financing (focus: German-speaking investment banking market)
- Profound knowledge of the Corporate Clients in Germany/Austria/Switzerland would be desirable

- Team player and ability to work and cooperate in a young team in an international environment
- Flexibility, good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Prepared to take on responsibility
Education/Past experience
- University degree in economics, finance or business administration, or a bank apprenticeship with advanced training
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the area of credit analysis at a corporate or investment bank
