RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our dynamic Edmonton Team is looking for a highly motivated and results oriented professional to meet the requirements of our clients. This position offers challenges in a fast paced and growing market. You will have exceptional drive and interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Identify, develop and maintain new and current business opportunities;

  • Identify, respond and solve business issues for customers providing win-win solutions that add value;

  • Coordinate the negotiation of rates and contract terms to solidify pending deals;

  • Close deals and effectively communicate the value of the company's solutions and how they will meet the customer's needs and business objectives;

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to find and place top talent with clients;

  • Develop and maintain a pool of ready to go" qualified candidates for all potential client requirements, future and immediate needs;

  • Source, select, recruit and manage a quality candidate base;

  • Handle job orders end-to-end; secure the order and take all steps required to fill the order;

  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase the market penetration;

  • Maintain client and candidate files on Bullhorn;

  • Effectively promote company's brand, products and services.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 plus years recruiting experience in temporary and/ or permanent placement;

  • A proven track record in Sales, Account Management or Customer Service;

  • Superior prioritization, time management and organizational skills

  • Creative, energetic and driven to provide superior customer service;

  • Strong desire to succeed and exceed targets;

  • Passionate about the recruitment;

  • Secondary education preferred.

    Salary: Competitive Base Salary plus commissions and bonus

    (Comprehensive benefits package after three month probation)
