Develop and execute specific process improvement projects in cooperation with the various stakeholders to reduce process variability and expense. Improve Controls on Global Real Estate Data ? Manage property data including records, drawings, property statistics, photos, etc for properties in the assigned region. Coordinate with the Global Portfolio Administrator and customers to manage obligations and initiate necessary projects. Support Special Projects for Real Estate and/or Facilities ? Could include portfolio management, global project tracking processes, vendor processes, facility management, or other facilities or real estate function. Functional/Technical Skills: Ability to work productively with the various customers and organizations Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications ? PowerPoint, Word, Excel Quality/Improvement Skills: Strong desire to drive standardized business processes Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication skills ? written and verbal Ability to develop strong working relationships Initiative to learn and aggressively pursue process improvement Leadership Competencies: Fostering open communication and building relationships ? particularly with business unit customers.
