This position is responsible for data maintenance in the learning management system (SAP Learning Solution) and development tools within Rockwell Automation. This position will work to maintain the course catalog, create courses (working in course catalog), and enable training registration. This position will have a vital role in the expansion of SAP Learning Solution to business training groups globally. As well, the position will focus on virtual learning (e-learning) globally and other learning tools.

Scope:
This position will have global responsibility for support and delivery of blended learning solutions and learning management data maintenance.

Essential Functions:
• Act as a super user for the SAP learning solution for implementation (configuration, testing, go-live).
• Act as company administrator for SkillPort (Virtual Learning Center)
• Process requests for changes to content by the Content Council and Local Learning Administrators.
• Monitor class offerings and catalog structure to maintain standards based on corporate guidelines and governance, industry standards and the needs of specific locations
• Develop blended learning marketing communication plan to ensure solutions are utilized, delivered and tracked. Partner with global learning leads to ensure delivery in all regions.


Required Work Authorization:
Permanently eligible to work in the US.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related technical discipline.
• Previous co-op or intern engineering experience is desirable.
• Individuals must have a demonstrated record of technical competence, interpersonal skills, leadership ability, a strong desire for achievement and a willingness to relocate.
• Minimum GPA 3.0

Additionally, experience in the following is also a plus:
•SAP knowledge
•Analytical focus manipulating data within a system
