-Candidate must be a currently enrolled college student at a Junior/Senior level -Prefer candidates who are seeking Bachelors in Human Resources/Business. -Strong analytical and quantitative skills. -Strong project management and multitasking skills. -Strong written and verbal communications skills. -Strong interpersonal and presentation skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office The Human Resources Intern supports the Human Resources team in their efforts to improve and enhance the department's operational processes. You'll shadow and complete special projects to support HR consultants and recruiters. The skills you'll develop during your internship represent key strengths that are needed for a career in Human Resources. -Identify multiple recruiting sources for diversity and college recruiting. -Research organizations and associations for a potential candidate pool. -Attend recruiting events and career fairs. -Develop relationships with colleges for future interns and recent college graduates. -Meet diversity goals by identifying diverse recruiting sources. -Analyze and report on current recruiting sources and their effectiveness. -Review resumes and conduct phone screens. -Complete additional projects as assigned.
