Intern (m/f) BPO Process System Training
The department “BPO Process System Training” is dealing with the training of business solutions and its international implementation in Metro/Makro Cash Carry countries.
Your key tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in a project to transfer classroom training slides to a new state-of-the-art knowledge platform (i.e. Learning Content Management System).
- Supporting the team in the development and maintenance of training materials (classroom training, on-the-job training), according to a defined project plan.
- Being responsible for further development of department internal projects and initiatives (e.g. Knowledge Pool, Country Support).
All responsibilities have a strong international scope.
Your profile:
- Studies in the field of educational sciences, economics, HR or languages
- Excellent MS Office skills (esp. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in spoken and written English (company language)
- Structured and precise working style
- Open and feedback-oriented communication
