The New Product Introduction Aftermarket team is responsible for facilitating discussion and making decisions regarding how we will be supporting new products from an aftermarket perspective. Manuals, Training, Parts, Service are the other groups that provide input. Key Responsibilities: · Updating the process flow for New Product Introduction for Aftermarket · Work cross functionally with Aftermarket to get consensus regarding improvement to existing processes Critical Performance Skills: Listening, Oral/Written Communication, Attention to Detail, Customer Orientation, Collaboration, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Flexibility/Adaptability, Self direction, Decisiveness
