Up to £25,000, Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Our client is the UK market leader in the provision of Asset Finance to the Professions sector. They have recently secured a significant new contract which will enable them to dramatically increase their lease penetration into the legal sector. Due to their success they are looking to enhance their internal Sales team with a number of high calibre Internal Sales Executives who will have the perfect opportunity to develop a commercial career within a dynamic sales environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for securing new business from a defined database including new prospects and existing customers. This will be achieved predominantly over the telephone; however it may also be required to visit clients at their own premises. They will need to work with the internal credit and pricing teams to negotiate mutually satisfactory transactions with the end users, whilst the maximum profit is maintained for the company. The chosen candidates will also be responsible for ensuring that all approved transactions are documented accurately and executed correctly within the company`s agreed procedures.

The following core competencies are considered prerequisite to the role:

* Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
* Sales presentations, negotiations and closing techniques/skills
* Objection handling
* Ability to work on own initiative with a "can-do" attitude and also work as part of a sales team
* Proven experience and successful track record in telesales and account development
* High level of time management and personal organisation skills
* PC literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
* Basic credit and financial understanding (preferred but not essential)
* Understanding and knowledge of the UK legal sector (preferred but not essential)
* A positive, self-motivated, outgoing, determined and enthusiastic approach
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* The highest level of personal ethical standards and integrity
