Senior Audit Manager (Human Resources)

One of the leading banks in the UK is currently expanding its internal audit team in London and they are specifically looking for internal auditors to audit their Human Resources and HR programmes. You would be part of a large national internal audit function, which offers excellent opportunities to progress both within the function and into the business.
Reporting into the Head of Audit you would be responsible for both leading and participating in specialist audits of their human resources functions. This is a key role which will give you access to very senior stakeholders both within the function and in the business. For the right person you would have a significant opportunity to make a difference within your role.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to demonstrate significant subject matter expertise within the area of human resources (HR). You would ideally have an audit assurance however the business is also open to considering someone from a strong HR background with a good appreciation for risks and control in this area. You should also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide leadership to others.
