Internal Audit Associate Director recruitment
The main responsibilities of the Associate Director will be :
Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to team members for audit assignments and support Directors in their assessment of Managers.
Act as mentor and coach to less experienced team members and support others in developing themselves.
Improve technical knowledge of the team and share best practices with peers in the business.
Requirements :
Extensive experience in risk based auditing in a financial services environment.
Practical understanding of relevant regulatory environment.
Experience of managing audits/driving initiatives in a relevant field.
Proven track record of high performance in previous roles to include senior stakeholder management
Excellent level of English + one other European language, ideally Spanish
