Due to growth, this prominent Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join their team in a newly created position. Reporting to the Head of Audit your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with an experienced Audit Team in the planning and scoping of reviews
- Performing ad-hoc and scheduled project audits requested from Management and the Audit Committee
- Liaising with key stakeholders both nationally and internationally to understand and identify key risks and controls that are to be assessed
- Continuously identifying and implementing improvements of current operating procedures and processes
- Delivering high quality business review reports to stakeholders within agreed timeframes
The successful candidate will ideally be CA/CPA qualified with at least 5 years experience within Audit with a strong knowledge of Financial Services. You must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills in addition to impeccable presentation as you will be dealing extensively with both internal and external stakeholders. Your passion to broaden your knowledge and advance your career as well as work within a cohesive team environment will ensure your success within this position. Exposure to or knowledge of the Investment Banking industry will be highly regarded.
