Our client has one of the best reputations in the market for providing a cohesive, stable and productive work environment. Put simply, they work hard so they can play hard. A position has arisen for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Brisbane.
As a leader within the audit team you will be responsible for delivering on the audit plan in terms of managing and allocating resources within the function. You will also perform hands on testing for more complex audits as well as taking part in various projects as requested by the business. Your flair for identifying hidden risks within the business will make you a 'go to' person for junior team members.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A proven background in Internal Audit. You may have started in External Audit however have recent exposure to IA methodologies
- Experience in mining/resources/financial services
- CA/CPA qualified
- Extremely well presented with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
