Internal Audit Manager (60% travel) (H/F) LELP501813 recruitment
As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be based in Luxembourg with 60% of your time on travel and have the below responsibilities:
Plan and execute an appropriate internal audit programme for the group including a regular programme of visits to each affiliate. Key areas of focus are Europe and the Americas.
Report the internal audit findings to the CFO and be responsible for making recommendations and following up actions required. Close liaison with the external auditors is required.
Apart from financial audits, additional responsibilities include: developing and executing an appropriate audit program for IT and information security, risk management and the follow up / improvement of procedures as well as involvement in the compliance system with the target to further improve and develop the compliance system together with the members from the Compliance Committee.
Who we are looking for
You have at least 4 years experience gained within one of the major audit companies or within the internal audit department of an international group.
Previous experience in IT and information security is advantageous.
You are fluent in English. Any other European language would be considered as an asset.
You are capable of taking initiatives and meeting deadlines
You have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
You show strong interpersonal organizational skills
You have the ability to command respect
You have a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
