Internal Audit Manager – Fund Manager recruitment
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with in-put into the annual risk-based audit plan.
- Manage the delivery of audits assignments leading junior auditors.
- Line managing a small team of auditors.
- Provide objective analysis, detailed observations and recommendations.
- Provide independent, objective assurance that risks are being managed to ensure they are within the risk appetite approved by the Board.
- Ensuring post audit reviews are conducted and followed up.
- Participate in the development of the internal control processes.
- Contribute to the development of Group-wide global audit methodology and working practices.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- At least 8 years experience in an audit role with line management experience.
- Fund management or investment banking experience.
- Recognized audit or accountancy qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, ACA, CIA or similar.
- Experience influencing and challenging senior management and building strong business relationships.
- Experience in successfully coaching and developing staff.
